Refund & Return Policy

 

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our consumer service team within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Regrettably, if more than 14 days have transpired since you received your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for any reason.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be enclosed in its original packaging with its appropriate receipt.

For Damaged or Missing Products/Order:

If you happen to receive your order and encounter issues such as product damage, incorrect flavors, or any other problems, please take a photograph of the affected products without delay. Following this, send the images along with a brief description of the issue, including the order number to sales@kanha-gummies.com Our team will promptly assist you in resolving any problems.

Refunds:

If you wish to request a refund, kindly get in touch with our customer service department to discuss any product-related issues you may be experiencing.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. A Kanha Life representative will process your request and get back to you within 1 – 2 business days; Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the corresponding credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment or credit card.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are ordinarily processed within 7-10 business days. If you have not received your refund as expected, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been deposited.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted on your account.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may  be a processing period before the refund appears in your account.

Sale Items:

Refunds are applicable exclusively to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We exclusively offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us via email at sales@kanha-gummies.com.

Shipping:

To initiate the return process for your product, please send us an email at sales@kanha-gummies.com.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. In the event of a refund, the expense of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged, shipping costs for exchanges are calculated and determined by a Kanha Life representative.

The duration it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
